The DuPage Homeownership Center was created as a public-private partnership of lenders, realtors, government and social service agencies. The REALTOR Association of West/South Suburban Chicagoland is a member of the DHOC. All Realtors who are members in good standing of RWSSC are eligible to participate in DHOC programming.

DHOC has several services that are of benefit to Realtors and their customers.
- Refer your customers to us who have affordability limitations. We administer a special reduced-interest financing package that can boost the purchasing power of homebuyers by about 35%. - Speak at our Home Buyer Education Classes, offered twice monthly at various locations with an average of 50 people in attendance per session. A great way to generate business leads and serve the community.
- Generate leads by participating in the Annual Home Buyers Fair- a daylong outreach event that provides exhibits, information and workshops, and reaches 400+ homebuyers every year.
- Free counseling to help customers overcome credit and debt issues so that they can eventually qualify for a mortgage and purchase a home. Refer your struggling customers to us, and we will refer them back to you when they are ready to purchase.
